Amazing business! Very clean and cozy, staff is very attentive with the clients. I get massages frequently because I am an athlete and this is by far my favorite place. Wendy is the best masseuse I’ve ever had! I will be a regular here for the foreseeable future :)
I made an appointment with Lily, based on positive reviews about her. I was told sure she is available, 4pm. I went in and spoke to Wendy and confirmed hi I'm here for lily, lily, lily right? She said yes please follow me. I was given a mediocre massage from idk who, I asked her name 20 minutes in and she was not lily. I was annoyed but stayed relaxed, and the massage was not terrible but it was not good either. I kept having to tell her harder or softer, she couldn't figure out the right amount. I thanked her when it was over and paid. I asked Wendy, what was her name? She told me her name, and I said remember when I asked you several times I'm here for lily? She said sorry, I was busy, I made a mistake. She offered me a $3 discount and told me next time she will make sure to get me Lily. There will not be a next time I will not come back here. When a customer asks 5 times for a specific masseuse because of good reviews then you should not make this kind of mistake.
Tom did a wonderful job! Deep tissue massage for my Mother’s Day gift from my 14 yr old daughter. Yes, I know I’m raising some amazing children. 😊
From the very first visit, we had an amazing experience. The entire team was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The environment is also very clean, which made the experience even better and more relaxing. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for an additional two-hour full body massage—and that’s when we knew we found our spot. We’ve started becoming regulars now, and every visit has been just as great as the first. Today, I had a facial with Nancy, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her calm, soothing energy helped me completely unwind—I honestly lost track of how many times I drifted off because I was so relaxed. My skin feels completely refreshed and renewed. This place truly knows how to take care of their clients. My wife and I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you for such an incredible experience!
Really nice spa. The owner is the best massage lady in there. The petite asian lady, she would be the one at the front desk. Im a repetitive customer there maybe about 15 times plus for the year — that means the massages is GREAT.
